How long will it take to build my website?
Depending on which package you purchase and can provide all text content, it will take upto 5 working days to build upto a 5 page website.
Are there any contracts or commitments?
Absolutely not – there’s no commitment or risk involved, just pay as you go monthly and if you want to stop just give us 30days notice.
Will I need to buy my own domain?
Yes – we can help you every step of the way to get your domain name but you must purchase it.
Can I upgrade / downgrade my package?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade to suit your needs and circumstances. We’ll discuss with you at the time and agree the best way forward for you.
How will my monthy payments be made?
We will take monthly direct debit payments via GoCardless!
Do I own my website?
Essentially yes, your monthly payments will contribute to the fixed total cost of your website. Once the fixed cost has been satisfied, you can continue to host your site with us or feel free to take it away. If you continue to host with us, you’ll still benefit from the support we offer as well as redesigns in order to keep your website looking fresh and up to date.
Will I get my own designer?
Yes, you’ll get a dedicated designer to work with you, UK London based. No nonsense 🙂
